Ekbote Deshmukh & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm established in 1999 offering a range of services in Tax Advisory and Compliance, Assurance, Certification, Accounts Advisory and Compliance to Standards, Project Finance, Business and Personal Succession Planning, External CEO etc.. Our firm strives to enhance value for clients by focusing on solutions that are innovative yet practically implementable. We seek to understand the broad industry framework within which our clients operate and the key regulations that may uniquely apply to those industries and give them tailor made solutions. We believe that learning never stops and we strive continuously to improve ourselves to adopt with new market changes. Over a period of two decades, we have not just gathered experience in traditional areas of practice but have developed new avenues wherein we provide niche services. We provide end to end solutions to our clients. Right from handholding clients through the initial phases of business where they require basic services like registrations and accounting advisory etc. to services like external CFO and business succession planning required by matured businesses. Our goal is to nurture our client so that he can grow his business with our proficiency. We believe in growing with our clients. In addition, we assist clients in litigation matters, advised them in restructuring their business, provide compliance support and represent them for direct and indirect tax till Tribunal level. CA Kunal Ekbote F.C.A, ISA, B.Com

Mr.Kunal Ekbote is associated with the firm from the inception. He qualified as a C.A at the age of 25 years. He is a first class commerce graduate from Nagpur University, also completed his ICWA Inter. He is also a post Graduate Diploma holder in Information Systems Audit, conducted by The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India. His experience involves designing, development & implementation of systems for large & medium size business organisations. His expertise serves the firm in Concurrent audit, Internal audit, Management audit etc. He is also appointed as a secretary, Nagpur by Laghu Udyog Bharti, an organisation engaged for the benefit of small-scale Industry in India. He was a faculty member for the discussion of Union Budget at Nagpur. He had also drafted pre budget memorandum submitted to the Finance Minister. He is active as a board member of Dharampeth Education Society, Nagpur which is Central India’s 75 years old & one of the biggest Educational society of more than 14 schools & colleges

CA Abhiram Deshmukh F.C.A, B.Com

Mr.Abhiram Deshmukh is associated with the firm since inception. During his articleship at M/s Loya Bagdi & Co, - a CA firm of more than 60 years experience, he was exposed to various audits like Internal audit, Taxation, Sales Tax, Bank Audit, PSU audit etc. He has also cleared ICWA - Inter exam. He is an ex-faculty at Regional Trading Centre (RTC) of Accountants General Office. He is also an ex-faculty member at Vidarbha Professional Academy undertaking coaching for CA students. He has published many articles in Central India’s largest circulating newspaper. During last few years he was engaged in designing and development of systems, procedures for banks & other commercial organisations. His expertise lies in Internal Audits, International Taxation, Indian Accounting Standards & Accounting Standards consultancy etc. He was the youngest Vice Chairman for Shiram Urban Co-Op Bank, currently holding the post of Chairman. He was a treasurer of Lok Kalyan Samiti, Nagpur & Bhartiya Vitya Salahakar Samiti – agencies that handle projects like blood bank, eye bank & research in finance.

CA Mrs Bhushana Bhagat FCA, M.Com, UGC-NET

Mrs. Bhushana Bhagat is in charge of Nashik branch. She has a good experience in multiple types of audit assignments. During her articleship she has successfully completed the audit and consultancy assignments for reputed firms in Nashik District like Dwarkadhish Sakhar Karkhana, Branches of NAMCO co-operative bank Ltd, Nashik, Vishwas Co-operative Bank Ltd , Devla Merchant Co-opeartive Bank Ltd , Niphad, Nasik Club etc ,to name the few. She is also a visiting faculty for direct and indirect taxation in various educational institutions in Nashik. She has a wide experience in handling concurrent & statutory audits of nationalized and co-operative banks and also of some government set up organizations such as Nashik Mathadi & unprotected labour Board Nashik, Indian red cross society etc. She is also associated with social and cultural organizations in various capacities. Her area of expertise includes Bank audits, Income Tax consultancy, Consultancy in GST, (VAT & Service taxation) & related matters, appearing before Income Tax & Sales tax authorities in the assessment proceedings etc.

CA Mr.Vyankatesh Ambekar,F.C.A, B.Com (CA)

Mr.Vyankatesh Ambekar is in practice since the year 1979 as a proprietor. He is admitted with the firm as a partner since 2004. He has a vast experience in conducting tax audits & statutory audits for mid size corporates, manufacturing entities, banks, trusts, partnership firms, non-profit organisation & others. He is actively involved in many NGO’s in various capacities. He is expert in Direct Taxes and currently serving many clients under the taxation domain. Because of his seniority and study of tax laws & regulations over a span of 40 years, he has benefited many of the clients in dealing with the tax litigations, appeals & handling scrutiny & assessment cases under tax domain
